The undersigned Homeowners in SST Community and the Promenade of SST Community request the SST BOD provide an update on when a Clubhouse will be provided for the SST community as advertised in the D.R. Horton’s SST community promotional homes advertisements, Cliftondale Overlay Agreement filed with the original plans for the community and on the Heritage Management SST website. In the interim, we request that a meeting place for the SST Community be provided. Detailed documentation that support this request is attached.

We were promised this years ago when we bought our houses. It keeps getting pushed back and we deserve what we paid for.
Ridiculous that we have nowhere to meet. Its about time they actually follow through on their word.
