Petition for Extended Morning Access to The Capitol Clubhouse Outdoor Pool
We, the undersigned residents of LOHAS Park, respectfully request the extension of the opening hours for the outdoor pool at The Capitol Clubhouse. Currently, the outdoor pool schedule time are the following:
- 1st session 7:30 AM - 12 CLOSED
- 2nd session 1 PM till 5 PM OPENED Tuesday- Sunday & PH)
- 3rd session 6 PM - 10:30 PM (CLOSED Tuesday- Friday) (OPEN only Saturday - Sunday & PH)
Based on this new policy by the "The capitol management" the outdoor pool can be used only 1 to 5 pm (tue-sun) and 6-10:30 pm ONLY sat-sun! Which really make no sense.
For this reason we strongly believe that opening the pool 1st session (in the morning) and 3rd session (afternoon 6-10:30) on both weekdays and weekends would significantly benefit the community for the following reasons:
1. **Diverse Schedules and Needs**: Our community is composed of both owners and tenants with varied work schedules and lifestyle needs. Many residents, including those with early work commitments or families with young children, find the current pool hours limiting. Morning access would provide a much-needed opportunity for all to enjoy the pool before starting their day.
2. **Avoiding Overcrowding**: Opening the pool earlier would help distribute the usage more evenly throughout the day, reducing overcrowding in the afternoons. This would create a more pleasant and safe environment for all users, especially during peak hours.
3. **Enhanced Community Experience**: Access to the pool in the morning would enhance the overall living experience at The Capitol. It promotes a healthier lifestyle and provides a valuable amenity for residents to unwind and start their day positively.
We kindly urge the management to consider this request and extend the pool hours to accommodate the needs of all residents. We believe this change will improve the quality of life in our community and ensure that everyone can enjoy the amenities provided by The Capitol Clubhouse.

If really need to cut cost, would be better to close the indoor pool and maximize outdoor pool in summer. Families with kids can't go to indoor pool. And will be meaningless to keep the outdoor pool so shorten in summer, when kids has holiday and want spend more time in pool with family.
Ridiculous. My kids have waited all year for the pool. It's one reason we choose to live at The Capital. At least open outdoor pool for summer season even if not the indoor pool.
Please open the indoor n outdoor swimming pools during July- September At least whole summer
If hv costs constraint, highly recommend to close the indoor instead of outdoor in the mornimg(at least on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday)
Please keep the pool in summer especially during children's vacation

Management fee has been increased and service decreased! We’re definitely getting ripped off!!!

Hi for everyone living in The Capitol who want to complain about the closure of the outdoor swimming pool please call this number: 36993300 They are collecting feedback and will review the opening hours but we need to put pressure on them EVERY day. I just spoke to them and was told they'll review it in August, I explained that it wasn't acceptable to wait this long to make a decision so let's try and push them to reopen the outdoor swimming pool asap
