We the undersigned are current Sun City Hilton Head residents and have seen the never ending expansion of our community. With the newly announced expansion of Argent 3 - Crossing Argent Blvd, on the North Side, the addition of a minimum of 1,500 new houses will severely impact our current amenities, especially golf; since no new golf facilities are being added. It is the intention of this petition to have the builder (Pulte) promise in writing, that the construction of the promised NEW Amenities are constructed at the beginning of this new phase - not during or after. The only way that the new 2,500+ residents will be welcomed to our community would be if said amenities exist prior to the influx of new homeowners.

I have been hearing from so many of you who are worried about our golf wait times and crowded facilities. We put our hard earned money into this community for a specific lifestyle and Pulte needs to honor that commitment by prioritizing new amenities before they break ground on these additional homes.

Reaching this level of support confirms that my neighbors are just as worried about our infrastructure as I am. Seeing this momentum gives me real hope that Pulte will finally listen to our concerns about the future of our home.

This expansion is getting out of hand. Hope they listen to us for once.
Pulte needs to stop overbuilding and actually deliver what they promised us. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

The golf courses are already crowded enough as it is. We definitely need these built first!
totally agree. i have been waiting for tee times for weeks as is, cant imagine adding 1500 more homes.
