Long overdue! Considering the amount of traffic and the fact that it is part of a scenic coastal route this little hamlet has suffered years of neglect. Please help bring this area into the 21st century.

Infrastructure improvements badly needed in Ballyhornan. Particularly the link pathway between Killard and the centre. A vital link route for hundreds living in that area. Mostly used by elderly people and school children accessing school and local shop. Really hope this petition brings the issue a step closer to being resolved.

Ballyhoran is a very deprived and disadvantaged area which has been completely ignored for many years. The individuals and families pay their rates like everyone else and deserve not luxuries but the basics; roads, footpaths and lighting. The government need to get behind this scheme and give these people better living conditions.

Couldn't take too much to bring these terrible conditions up to a reasonable standard not a patchup. Ballyhornan village roads are in a serious condition to all including cyclists and pedestrians alike.

Fully support you in this matter - have lobbied roads service recently about this (again) and have been knocked back - need to keep pursuing. Maybe use community planning as a possible way?

This is a disgrace in this day & age that this rural village does not have proper footpaths & lighting at night time. Here's hoping it is installed before some-one is seriously injured or killed.

I think it is time some money was spent on Ballyhornan. Loads of traffic going through the area as a tourist spot and needs to be looking better than it is at present.
