The lack of functioning street lights creates significant safety concerns during evening and nighttime hours, impacting visibility, pedestrian safety, and overall neighborhood security.
This petition will be sent directly to the Community Development District (CDD) to formally demand the restoration of the street lighting that previously existed in our community along with a letter backed by our HOA.

Very dangerous driving through at night. Groups of teenagers have been spotted walking in the dark with small lights, didn’t see them till you get very close.
I live on Lady Palm Road and the lack of street lights in the area is concerning based upon the ages of the average home owner in the Villa section of the Palms.
I have a lot of kids on my street riding their bikes late and our street is so dark. Please somebody do something before somebody gets hurt.
We are desperately asking for you to help us with this matter. We had lights throughout our community and were then taken away from us almost a year ago. Our HOA are giving us the run-around and we are actually paying for them in our CDD. We feel unsafe. Please help us.
These lights have been missing since hurricane Milton! This is a safety hazard in our community!

This has been unacceptable! This is extremely dangerous! How could we be left without street lights? We pay alot of money for our CDD and expect to be treat respectfully. We also should receive a refund from our CDD fees as we have been paying for these lights and do not have them. This needs to be rectified immediately! Thank you!
