Enfield council and TfL plan to change the bus Lane on Green Lanes Palmers Green to Monday -Sunday 7am - 7pm! This will remove all parking facilities for people during these times and the traffic will be to one Lane. Loading bay facilities will be accommodated by the residential streets. These changes are due to take effect on 13th December 2021! More information can be found via https://letstalk.enfield.gov.uk/bus-priority-schem...

We ask that Enfield Council, Transport for London and any other involved bodies stop any changes being made to the bus Lane hours on Green Lanes.

There is a paper petition in place to STOP this!! Please sign online or visit any shop on Green Lanes (Enfield council side) to sign. YOUR SIGNATURE COUNTS! Thank you!

We need the parking spaces for local businesses to thrive and for customers to shop in them. There is already congestion on the road with the closure of roads for the LTN. Don’t make things worse than they already are!

I write in protest at the plans for increased hours on Green lanes bus lanes. It will not help buses as there is no real delay in this area, except at the times already covered. However extending hours may force all local traffic into alternate routes & increase pollution.

Strongly against this...makes no sense whats so ever why this is required.. and the outcome will be residents living off green lanes will be stuck in further traffic in the morning behind lorries who are parked on their street doing deliveries and unloading...

As a resident of Spencer Avenue, I object to the planned extension of the Green Lanes bus Lane. It will have a detrimental effect on our immediate local area and won’t drastically reduce bus travel time.

Please don't destroy local business by taking away parking and access for people with disawho need to use their cars to access shops, services and facilities. Public transport dies NOT cater for everyone.

This is ridiculous, where are the delivery lorries supposed to park. The side roads are already jammed they are not wide enough for big lorries. This will affect all residents as well as the local shops. Give these shops a chance to survive.

Buses in palmers green like before. Should have a Bay to turn into, so it doesn't cause traffic behind them. Especially in upper palmers green where the bus stops in front of the traffic and keeps it waiting and causes pollution in the town. Is just not right? Perhaps I should be an mp. I would put plans to revert back to how they were before.

This scheme will jam up the roads even further and hinder businesses
