Do we really want Bantham to be developed by some millionaire? Sign to keep Bantham how it is, a natrual beauty of south Devon.

It would be a pity to spoil a beautiful beach and surrounding area. This must be stopped. Unfortunately this is what you get by selling to the highest bidder. The national trust should have been given the opportunity to purchase it.

This development would not benefit local people. The access road would not cope with any additional traffic as it barely copes with the current volume in the summer months.

There is absolutely no need to develop green field sites in this aonb. There is inadequate infrastructure to support the proposals. There is no local or community (immediate or wider) support for any of the proposals. This is one of the last bastions of unspoilt coastline; to develop it is unnecessary, unwanted, wholly at odds with the wider area and would be a travesty.

Insufficient road network to manage this development and the destruction of a sssi make this proposal in my view wrong

I surfed my way through uni at this beach, development will ruin a beautiful, pristine and beautiful part of the country.

We don't need some rich developer from the city who said he wouldn't change the Bantham area when he bought it go back on his word to develop and destroy a naturally beautiful area and one of only a few unspoilt but popular places left in the South West!
