We urge the Chesterfield Board of Supervisors to reject the rezoning application for the Cloverleigh development. Cloverleigh will cause additional traffic and worsen the safety problems existing on the congested, winding, two-lane Old Hundred Road between Route 360 and Genito Road. The County's Transportation Department has projected that the intersection of Old Hundred Road and Route 360, even without the development being approved, will soon be rated Level Of Service “F”, the worst condition possible. Additionally, proposed changes to Old Hundred Road will bring increased traffic counts closer to the backyards of two of Brandermill's neighborhoods, negatively impacting their property values, and will make pedestrian and bicycle access from Brandermill to Market Square more hazardous.

we are almost at five hundred signatures which is a huge deal for showing how many people care about old hundred road. lets turn up the volume today so we can really get the boards attention before they make a decision.

im honestly blown away by how much this has taken off and seeing everyone come together like this is just incredible. it feels like people are finally waking up to the mess this development is going to cause for our roads and neighborhoods.

It is not possible to improve the nearby roads enough to accommodate this project without robbing established residents of a considerable portion of their property values. It should not go forward unless access can be moved away from Old Hundred.

A project similar to this on the same property was turned down several years back because it would cause too much traffic. Now we have other developments and just because the neighborhood’s entrance would be farther up Old Hundred Rd. It will still cause a huge amount on the same road.

I have lived I chesterfield for a year and there have been multiple serious accidents on old hundred road and on the corner of old hundred and Hull street road. The proposal that would increase the traffic on these roads will only end to more accidents

I don’t think the effect of this new project on the existing development of Brandermill is being fairly considered. Congestion and housing density are what many of us left behind when we moved to this area. Please think about the damage over development can do. Thank-you.

This type development cannot continue until the dangerous road conditions are corrected. The 360 Corridor improvements, approved in 2016, should be completed before additional development is allowed in this area

As a resident and property owner in both Brandermill and Nutree and a Business Owner in Market Square I adamantly oppose this project that will have a very adverse effect on traffic, infrastructure and county resources!

Our roads can't handle the traffic for current development.

This is Chesterfield County not Northern Virginia! Stop trying to line your pockets and think of the impact you are doing to this county!
