Our roads can't handle the traffic for current development.

This is Chesterfield County not Northern Virginia! Stop trying to line your pockets and think of the impact you are doing to this county!

We do not need more housing in Western Chesterfield! Our roads are too conjested and our schools are overcrowded already!

I work off of old Hundred and the traffic congestion is horrible as it is and this will only make it worse

Over crowded roads, overcrowded school. These are valid concerns... a very scary reality though, is the overcrowded/understaffed HOSPITALS!!!! this area cant take anymore!!!

This should not be considered until traffic is improved in this area. It is a mess without this.

There is too much traffic and school over crowding as it is. Have you seen the line of cars on 288 at night? What happened to the 2 lane exit off of 288 that had been approved? Maybe we should take care of what we have first.

This isn't New York City. Stop building on top of everyone & making this a concrete jungle. The Lake project is already going to impact us that live here. I suggest the developer & anyone from the county board try getting onto Old Hundred during rush hour & tell me how that "4 minutes & 15 second" wait time works out for you.

We don’t need new builds when there are other open sites available. Live nature alone!

The Cloverleigh development will have a deleterious effect on the existing community of Brandermill and traffic flow within our community.

This is going to negatively impact the quality of life for the existing community.

They should also anticipate traffic from the Genito construction and inability to get on and off the highway (288) easily.
