ive been talking to neighbors all week and the concern about these apartments is definitely real. im working on getting a meeting set up with the hoa board so we can actually get some answers about what is going on.

the momentum we have right now is honestly wild and it shows that everyone here is ready for some real answers. i feel like people are finally starting to pay attention to where we live and how it needs to change.

Though all residents should be have right to do what they want in their property, its must be in line with CCRs. HOA should try make a consistent policy. If a simple retaining wall is look problem, how come big changes are not.
I would like to keep Harrison Park the way it is and not let anyone spoil the community decor by changing rules unilaterally by constructing illegally. This should stop.

Living here for 10 years and I never heard about these new expansion plans. totally unacceptable if ur actually trying to preserve the neighborhood vibe. we need a meeting now.
