The amenity center is advertised by the builders and used as a selling point. Failure to provide the amenity center is false advertising.
The current pool is not large enough to support a community of our size; therefore, we hereby request an additional pool for our neighborhood.
This information will be presented to Essex HOA Management and the Board of Directors.

The volume of support has secured a meeting with the Board of Directors to discuss the amenity center requirements. I am currently drafting a formal letter that outlines our grievances regarding the current pool capacity and the initial site plan promises. Updates on the board's response will follow after that session.

False advertising. We picked a large lot near the "community pool/park/amenities center" so our family could enjoy. Not what we were promised or sold.
The size of the current pool would support about 15 families. In a community our size(and growing) we need items like this to bring our community together and create a fun and family friendly environment.
A small enterance building with two bathroom stalls not not qualify as an amenity center. Definitely won't be enough room in this pool/pool area for 1,000 families.
One of the reasons we chose this neighborhood was because of the amenity center and pool that was advertised. Even told to use by the builder. There is no amenity center and the pool is too small for a community of our size. It's not even enjoyable in the summer because of the crowd and our neighborhood isn't even completed.
Frisco Hills did advertise multiple pools and amenities when I moved here two and half years ago. I hope they live up to the advertisements. Our current pool cannot support the number of families living in this neighborhood once its is built out.
I see the pool however, there is no amenity center. When you list amenity center usually their is a gym or rental of room at the center.
We were told there would be an amenity center and an additional pool. It was definitely one of the reasons we chose this community. I hope that they deliver what they advertise, and tell people when they sign the contract to build in this community.

The promised amenity center was indeed one of the reasons that I moved here and so far has not materialized. Centurion American you have to do better.
