We the community of Bramblett Grove do hear by demand the release of use for our finished club house that the Community has been paying maintenance fees for but has not been able to use since completion of the club house.
We as a community are willing to sign waivers releasing DR Horton of liability and to post the proper signage at the entry ways of the club house stating that entering the club house is at your own risk in regards to COVID 19. This signage will state the HOA and Dr Horton are not liable for any damages caused from using the Club house under Georgia State law pertaining to COVID 19.
If the club house is not released for use then we expect all dues pertaining to the maintaining of the club house to be refunded based off the budgetary spending provided at the start of the 2021 calendar year.
We request a response within 48 hours of reception of this signed petition. If we do not receive a response then the community will begin to take actions to impact the sales in this community.

Reaching this level of support shows that our frustration over the club house is shared by nearly everyone living here. It is exhausting to fight for access to a space we already pay for but your response proves we are right to demand better.

Ridiculous that we have to keep paying for a building we aren't even allowed to step foot in. Either open it up or stop charging us for it.

If we are having to pay to “clean” the clubhouse, then we should be able to use the space.
We want full access to the Community Amenities. We are paying full fees. Thanks.
If we are paying for the clubhouse in our HOA dues then we should be allowed access to it.
