I feel Warren County Technical School's General Art Program should be included in the 2010-2011 school budget because of it's importance in the development of creativity in the minds of all our students. Creativity encourages young minds to see "outside the box" and see "the bigger picture". Young adults with a creative mind can approach any of life's difficulties with a broader spectrum of ideas on how to proceed. Art is important for a richer, fuller, and more creative world future.
