If you believe it is wrong that the Board of Education is proposing to eliminate the Elementary Art Program due to budget constraints, Your help is needed! The community, past graduates, current students and future students of the Cattaraugus Little Valley School District need to come together and take a stand. We cannot allow any more educational programs to be cut from the school curriculum! This current situation and past situations should be ringing an alarm in all of our heads that something is not right with the way things are being run right now. You can blame it on New York State funding, or lack-there-of, but take a look at surrounding schools - are they eliminating an educational program every year because it cannot be fit into the budget? So this is a chance for you to raise your voice! Let them know that this is not acceptable, that they are not investing in children's futures when they keep taking programs away. Come join and take a stand, let our voices be heard!
