The university administration confirmed today that the racquetball courts will remain open and operational. We will monitor the upcoming facility maintenance schedule to ensure these renovations do not interfere with court access for students.

There are plans to take out ALL the racquetball courts at Utah Valley University. There are 8 of them. Utah Valley University has an incredible facility that is not only great for students learning to play racquetball but also for tournaments and recreational play.

Racquetball is a favorite college pastime for so many people. It would be a shame if students didn't have the opportunity to learn such an amazing lifetime sport. It would definitely diminish the college experience at UVU.

Please add your signature to our petition to save these courts and secure the future of racquetball in Utah!!

The University is being very sneaky about this whole thing and it's not right. They have waited until the end of the semester to tell a few people so when all the students come back in the fall, it will already be gone. Students, faculity, the racquet ball team and even non-UVU students are constantly using the courts.

The NMRA (45+ racquetball group) has been to UVU several times. We were hoping to come back, but it may not be possible without those courts. Please keep them for students and national competitors like the NMRA.

Save the courts! Racquetball was the best thing for me while I was going through cancer! It saved my life and playing on the UVU racquet ball team for 3 years was a great experience! Don't take that away!

Keep the courts!!! My son would be going to UVU next year for school because they have a racquetball team. My oldest son went to UVU because they had a racquetball team. Find another solution.

Racquetball is such an important part of my life and health regimen, I cannot imagine my life without it. Courts, let alone good courts, are becoming increasingly difficult to find in many communities. I urge you to preserve these vital areas of recreation that provide a place for competition and exercise all year round. Thank you.

I played racquetball at UVU for years, the facility is nice and the program is amazing. The racquetball club has represented the school very well at the national level. Please leave the courts for all to enjoy!!
