Stop the closure of The Masons Arms, by signing this we hope to portray what The Masons Arms means to our local community to Ashfield District Council. Keep our children safe and away from lorry's that would be in the street, Stop our local shops loosing trade.
Did you know... We recently raised over £2000 for Maggie's Cancer Centre (Nottm City Hosp). We support 2 local children's groups; run independently at St Peters and Pauls Church.

THE MASONS ARMS IS A PROPER PUB FOR REAL PEOPLE. PLEASE DONT LET THEM TURN IT INTO FLATS. WE NEED PLACES LIKE THIS TO STAY OPEN IN OUR TOWN
Its not just a pub its where everyone knows each other. If you shut it down the whole street loses its character. Cant believe they are even thinking about this.
This pub is the heart of hucknall. If they close it what are we left with. Just more empty buildings and no where for the locals to meet up. Keep it open.
What will happen if the masons arms is boarded up. It will been took apart bit by bit, yes bit by bit that's like taking a peace of the community, bit by bit, all we have done, seen, loved, in the masons arms will be gone for ever. Can we let that happen. NO
Too many pubs closing down round here lately. It brings people together and does good for charity too. Leave it alone.

Used to go there all the time with my dad. Sad to see it going down this road honestly. It does so much for the community stuff
