The Meynell Ingram Arms is possible on the verge of being redeveloped.
Following the success of the Facebook Page we have decided to create an online petition to help make our case to the if and when planning permission for a change of use is applied for.
If you care about this iconic Staffordshire pub and wish it to remain a pub please sign and share to your hearts content!
One hundred people have signed this now. It has been a long and draining week but seeing this number reminds me why we are fighting to save the pub.

This 'historic' inn, although altered by present owner, needs to be saved for our community. Too many pubs are closing. This is only in this situation because the owners didn't know what they were doing.

this pub is a local institution. The heart of a number of local communities. As a child and youth growing up in Yoxall this was the place in which births deaths and marriages were celebrated and memories were made.

Beautiful pub in a beautiful village- I have many happy memories of here from when I was young. The recent history of what happened to the place is criminal, it's got to get someone in who cares.

The Meynel is a fundamental part of Hoar Cross life. Just because rich people can afford to buy it but not have the business acumen to understand what made it iconic does not give them the right to close it. They should sell it to the highest bidder and accept that mistakes happen and can be costly.

The Meynell Ingram Arms has been a massive part of so many peoples life during the 40 years i have lived in the village not to mention the many years before. It MUST stay a pub but it must be taken back to the local it used to be, warm, friendly, welcoming to all & bloody good fun!!!

This pub has been an important part of the local community for generations. Over the years it has not only hosted the hunt but for many years was a focal point for the young farmers and young people of the rural community. It would be a travesty if it became houses and not used to serve the next generation.
