The stories shared by the staff and patrons of this cafe continue to highlight the profound impact this closure will have on our community. I am currently preparing a formal inquiry to the council to demand transparency regarding their decision to shut down this vital local resource.

The same thing happened at Elizabeth Court! Lots of the public used the cafe, apart from the fact the residents relied on this service. I remember going in a couple of days before it closed - the girls and boys working there were devastated! I just hope other appointments were found for them all - they did a great Job - and thoroughly enjoyed it. It gave them the opportunity to interact with members of the public - and they all did it well!!
A lovely little café, friendly staff. A wonderful place where people are included and able. Not disabled and excluded.
This should not be allowed to close. Support local businesses that help the vulnerable.
People with LD have limited services & limited work opportunities it’s a shame to loose this it is lovely the local community are trying to save it

I don’t use this cafe as much as I used to, but it’s a fantastic opportunity for those that work there and allows you to have a hot lunch that the other shops don’t provide! It would be a shame to see it close!
