We the undersigned fully support the proposal submitted to Salford City Council designed to bring Buile Hill Park Mansion House back to life for the benefit of local residents and the wider community of Salford and surrounding areas.

The feedback I keep getting from local residents reminds me exactly why this building needs to be saved. Behind the scenes the work is slow and exhausting but I am not walking away from this project until the mansion is fully restored for our community.

This beautiful house should be used again. It was never the same as when it was the Natural History museum. I used to marvel at the great piece of volcanic lava at the entrance. And oh! The magnificent staircase!! Wonderful. This type of house will never be built again so why lose it. It would be so sad.
17 years this beautiful Building has been tinned up Salford wouldn't work with us to get external funding to get it up and running as both a community hub and part of the banqueting suite. I wish this new project all the luck in the world. Don't give up keep fighting
Would make a beautiful venue for wedding/celebrations, tea rooms, somewhere for us locals to visit, needs bringing back to life, Heaton park hall has been restored and so should this magnificent building. If manchester can do it salford can. Come on salford council pull your finger out and get this passed, you have sat on it too long.
Have walked past the Hall twice a day to and from work for the past 10yrs. Should be open and in use for some good. My family and I would definitely utilise if opened up to the community.
I have not long moved to the area and have thought each time I have visited Buile Hill park that it would be great to see the mansion restored and open to the public. A great project which gets my full support.
A great way to save this historical building.
This would be a wonderful, worthwhile contribution to our community. Good luck in bringing it to fruition.

I was born and brought up in Salford. Left in 1966 after I got married. I had my wedding reception in the room behind Buille Hill Mansion House.
