Beginning January 1, 2018, the Lookout Canyon Creek HOA Board has decided, without a vote by the homeowners, that parking ANY vehicle on the street for longer than 24 hours will be considered illegal. After 24 hours, your vehicle will be towed at the homeowner’s expense and a fine of $250 will be imposed by the Lookout Canyon Creek HOA Board. Furthermore, homeowners will be REQUIRED to seek approval from a board member should the homeowner have overnight guests. We, the undersigned, demand a special board meeting for the homeowners to be heard and, subsequently, vote on this unreasonable policy.
