I feel that we as home owners have no rights at all when being dictated by some one who has no regard for our needs and reason for using the curbside parking. I feel that there should be resolution to the policy change by giving our feedback and voice as home owners. I would like to be present if possible to voice my opinion on this matter. There should be a limit to these drastic changes done with out our vote on policy changes of this sort.

I don't need anyone's authorization to have friends or family stay the night at my house. Is HOA going to pay my morgage?

I have three sons at home that drive and five cars in my family… These neighborhood garages were not Designed to fit cars that can hold 5 to 6 people… Only so much driveway space… Shame on the board

Changing from 7 days to 1 day is absurd. Retract the changes we don’t live in the ghetto!

We, the People, should have a say in the decisions being made. Clearly, this was the decision of the homeowners association. Without, us, the homeowners, there is not association.

Please remove this policy. I agree that parking on the street is a hassle, but this decision needs to be discussed. I will not reach out to a board member for permission to have family stay over and park on the street. Absurd.
