The road is traveled by thousands daily, including school buses, and is an endangerment to the safety of motorists and pedestrians, as well as a damage hazard to all vehicles that travel on it. The route serves as a travel way that connects Cankton and Upper Lafayette, and several roads in the immediate surrounding area have already been resurfaced in the recent past. The road is only about 1 mile long but poses a grave danger to all who travel it.
