We the undersigned, call on the City of Moody to take swift action to resurface roads on Joey Adkins Drive and Alden Glen Drive. It has come to point where drivers must avoid the potholes to ensure the safety of themselves. Damage is also being done to vehicles.
I have been hearing from so many of you about the damage these roads are causing to your personal vehicles. It is truly humbling to see how much this has resonated with everyone living here because I honestly thought I was the only one worried about these craters. Your willingness to speak up is the only reason this has gained any momentum at all.

As much as we have to pay for association fees, the street shouldn't look like downtown Birmingham streets. That's a shame and it's embarrassing to bring people through the front entrance, I just rather have people come on the back road. That's how horrible it looks!!!

It's scary to takeaways on the sidewalk with cars weaving around holes. Just visiting and trying to wind down Alden Glen without ruining tires is difficult. If I were looking for a new home I would go elsewhere!

Please fix the pot holes! I'm pretty sure I saw people launching boats in them last week after the storms!

Joey Adkins Drive in particular is in terrible condition and is a hazard for anyone driving a vehicle on it. It is in dire need of repairs soon.

The road conditions are awful. I understand the purpose of construction grade pavement, but it's worn out and either needs another layer of construction grade, or go ahead and final coat it.
