Remove First Service Residential as Managing Company for Salem Fields Community
Over the last few years First Service Residential has provided a manager for the Salem Fields Community. Those managers including the current one has made decisions above his power and been very rude, disrespectful and incompetent to our residents. By signing this petition this will be able to show the Board of Directors that we will no longer put up with this disrespect.

Mark made working for the pool last summer an absolute nightmare. He was consistently lying about everything to cover his mistakes and blaming others for issues he felt he didn't need to resolve. Not to mention he is only in the office 10% of the time, doing ONLY what the residents from our townhouses are requesting, not the majority of homeowners. His conduct towards anyone is almost always rude and nasty, and the amount of work he has put on other people to complete instead of doing it himself (which he's paid to do) is downright sickening. I hope this gains enough support.
My daughter is three this summer and I was looking forward to spending time in the pool this summer. I can't believe all the nonsense that has transpired this year. We pay our dues and I think our voice is not being heard. Hoping for change.
Lived/Owned in Salem Fields since 2005 and have never such such madness with the HOA and swimming pool.
With the growing rudeness and inability to do anything with this group they need to be replaced. I'm tired of calling about the concrete sidewalks on Proudfoot.
I have sent an email with pictures of my neighbors deck because they have their dogs use the bathroom on the deck. They don't clean up after them and I am unable spend time in my back yard or in the deck because of how bad it is. I did not get a response. I have had multiple negative encounters and I'm disgusted by the lack of urgency or care for those of us that live in the community.
I'm so glad this is not only me feeling this way. They are so rude and sit in the office and don't do anything to improve our community
We need someone that actually cares for our community and that is not lazy

We have lived in Salem Fields since 2009. This manager is terrible. I see him smoking outside more than anything. He is never helpful and most times rude. Please address the situation immediately!
