We, the undersigned, request that FirstService Residential be removed as HOA to Plaza Resort and Spa
Based on experience and on online reviews of FirstService Residential, it has been decided that this HOA company does not reflect the best interest of the Plaza Resort and Spa homeowners. As such, this petition is to gather signatures of those wishing to remove FirstService Residential as the HOA of Plaza Resort and Spa, found at 600 N Atlantic Av, Daytona Beach in Volusia County.

We concur with the removal of FirstService Residential as the HOA of the Plaza Resort & Spa. This company has provided no customer service. Late fees have been assessed for payments that were not late, and were subsequently deducted from our income check without our knowledge or approval. Calls regarding this and other matters are not returned. FirstService is unaccountable to the individual owners, and as such, should be removed from their affiliation with the Plaza Resort & Spa and its individual owners.
Dues were 475.00 old company said no reason to make them more. New company said you will get better returns with us . We got worse. Get rid of them!!!

the first service residential since they start and our income went dowen the hell ..u can,t talk to them they charge u penalty even not ur mistak for couble of days late in payment also i have prove theywent my account more than one time in a month ..it takes me to get my extra payment more than 4 or 5month without penalty

We have the same problem with First Service Residential, Erronious late charge of $35.00 now up to $280.00 after all of their collection, demand, reminder notice, and other add on charges. And on top of that, the Plaza has taken $35.00 and a $65.00 out of our account and turned it over to First Service!
