The Willows development in Morden has suffered an intolerable lack of action from the current management company, Houston Lawrence, since they were appointed in November 2013. More than 12 months on, there are a litany of problems throughout the development that still remain unsolved, whilst emails and phone calls to report problems repeatedly go unanswered, and in some cases this is putting the health and safety of residents at risk. Paper petitions in each of the blocks across the development asking for a change in management company have been repeatedly torn down by the aforementioned Houston Lawrence in a desperate bid to hang on to their job, so an online petition seems to be the only way to go. Freedom of speech, and indeed freedom of choice, must be guaranteed to each of the residents of The Willows, and as such, I would ask you to sign this petition to force the Freeholders, Homeground Management Limited, to bring in a new management company who will be everything Houston Lawrence are not; professional, efficient and value for money for the residents.

The stories coming in about neglected repairs at The Willows are infuriating. I am currently compiling all these accounts to present directly to Homeground.

No Value for Money - can't see how HL can justify the yearly spend eg Hall Way carpets dirty/stained over two years, damaged walls - mould in basement carpark
Please replace Houston Lawrence with a competent management company. Residents are tired of late bills, delays in services being carried out, lack of response, misleading and untrue information as well as poor excuses for these failings.
They only keen to take money from us.no job done properly.
Their website still not working. Can't check statement etc.
Moved in in April and still waiting gor them to sort out balances owed/due re service charge. Not impressed!
Really not impressed with the service from Houston Lawrence. I fully support this petition.
Have sent them an e-mail for a repair request and have been ignored. Then they had the guts to place fliers asking for contact data!

Dreadful service so far. I've repeatedly reported issues to them which are then ignored. At least in their latest "newsletter" they are beginning to take action on a few things, but I cannot believe it has taken the petition in order to create any form of change.
