We are requesting Teamsters Local 350 to reply on this petition so we all can know the following:
1.Why and How we lost our area.
2.How we can get it back.
What we are asking is simple and straight forward as paying members an answer is due to us.
Local 350 please make your response by June 25, 2021

By signing I declare I am;
a Golden Gate Recology employee,
a good standing member of Teamsters local 350,
and agree that we as a whole request the positions in BIR/abandoned waste that is in our contracted area for Golden Gate Recology that is currently held by Recology Sunset Drivers be delivered back to us.
if we do not get a response in a respectful manner of time after making the union Teamsters Local 350 and Recology Golden Gate known of this petition we will pursue other actions.

Ridiculous that we have to fight for what belongs to us. Local 350 needs to step up and do their job for once.
How did this even happen in the first place? We deserve some answers from the union. Give us back our work already.
Whatever happened to our contract??? Bring it back to GGR!!!!!
Should have never left Golden Gate in the first place,now we have to sign petitions to get it back!!! Lame

I believe anything in golden gate territory should belong to golden gate no matter what department it is.
