Lets let the Union know that we are not happy with the work getting worse every sign up. Enough is enough! They have the capability to do something about it but, still decide to stay quiet. On November 6th we (the drivers) will be getting together to let them know that we want change and we want it now. There are 310 out of 655 crews on the board that have built in overtime, which goes against our collective agreement, and only 191 crews that are 40 hours a week. Please join us on November 6th at the Cawhtra senior center and sign the petition. Thank you

Also, if you have any crew examples where times are unreasonable with overall runtime and layover time, please add them to the comments section.

The Union leadership continues to look the other way while our conditions deteriorate. Your stories in the comments prove they are ignoring a massive crisis that is destroying our ability to work with dignity.

Take a look at Saturdays everyone. 9 hours, shorter layover "recovery" time, and an extra trip.......

There is no time/layover time in the routes. They are getting worse with each sign up. The only way we can be on time if we can work like a machine. No need to drink/eat anything and absolutely no need to go to washroom.

Cutting times on run guides based on I-bus system is causing delays on lines , run guides should be based on actual run times , Crews with splits can be more realistic and better connected by reviewing manually after the are thrown out by software and this way weekend Crews can be better managed with shorter splits

For me it is all about family and two years ago I was doing mid day straights with weekends off! Work life balance was there!

40 hrs a week is what it should be and overtime should be volunteered not expected and built in our crews.

This has to stop, we pay union dues for a reason, and we expect the union to be there for us, not just collect the money.
