We, the people of Ramsey, hereby ask the Ramsey Mayor and Council to relocate Ramsey Day 2010 to Main Street, starting at Erie Plaza and extending east to the intersection of Main Street and Island Avenue. We believe that that success of the Ramsey Fire Department Home for The Holiday's event, using the length of Main Street, has demonstrated that this concept can work very well. We believe that this change will provide more room for all attendees, more space for organizations, groups and vendors, the ability for Main Street merchants to participate and for those persons wishing to enjoy an alcoholic beverage to do so at Brady's At the Station. In addition, this change will enable our volunteer emergency services to operate from their Island Avenue facilities as normal. Thank You!
