Over the years there were a constant flow of complaints with regards to the “Prasa House “ in Mitcham Rd in Wynberg East.

Reports of drug dealing , overcrowding , a rat invested yard and generally not adding value to our community.

As a newly formed Civic Association known as Wynberg East Civic Association "WECA" we are “taking back our hood “and give notice that we will with the support of the residents approach Prasa to allow the house to be used as a facility for the community.
