The quiet streets of our neighborhood are meant for residents rather than industrial repair work. I am currently compiling the feedback shared in the comments to present a formal case to the local authorities regarding traffic safety and zoning violations.

I agree with terms of petition. Let's keep Valmary Park clean of businesses that create an eye sore and risk to our neighbours and young children. Keep the residential streets clean, near and tidy.
Against municipal regulations he needs to get a industrial unit and work out there what is he doing with the oil removed from the engines???
They must go to an area that is zoned for business.

It is is not zoned for industrial or commercial purposes. The City of Cape Town should act on this matter.
