To the Management Team at Elevate Kava,

We, the undersigned patrons and members of the community, respectfully request that you reconsider the termination of Dillon, a valued kava tender at Elevate.

Dillon has consistently contributed to the welcoming and positive atmosphere that makes Elevate special. Many of us have personally experienced his kindness, professionalism, and dedication to the community. His presence has helped create an environment where customers feel comfortable, respected, and eager to return.

We believe Dillon is an important part of what makes Elevate a great place, and we respectfully ask management to reconsider their decision and allow him the opportunity to continue serving the community.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Supporters of Dillon and the Elevate Community

Dylan is a good friend, creative and has always served with me such great hospitality. When we all heard the news we couldn’t believe it. Losing Dylan will only lose business and regulars that come there just to see him. Having Dylan behind the bar was the reason I was going to elevate. Dylan needs another chance. A drawing should have not got him fired, maybe a suspension but not his job.

Dillon was one of the coolest bartenders at elevate and without him the vibes are no longer immaculate. His art and humor brought an unmatched and irreplaceable level of joy to elevate that 99% of us were able to laugh at. A crafty email from the 1% should not be enough to remove him from this establishment without warning, perhaps he could be asked to draw on political eggshells to protect our more sensitive comrades without disrupting the cosmic flow and balance this place once had. It really wasn’t that big of a deal. Free D-lon

I believe this warrants discipline, but firing over a joke in poor taste is extreme. The accuser doesn’t even attend Elevate, and hasn’t in months. In fact, this particular accuser was even responsible for verbally assaulting Dillons girlfriend in public, causing her to cry. Discipline is necessary, but bullying is not, and this accuser is a bully.

Dillion Pham is by far the hardest working kavatender at Elevate (maitland). He is beloved by everyone (99%) in the community. I’m very upset to hear my good friends Dillion got fired in an unfair way. He’s shown nothing but kindness to everyone in the community; even to the small percentage of people who dislike him. Peace, love, and unity

I've talked with Dillan extensively (likely more than anybody) about everything around politics every religion and Israel and Zionism and all of that and I most often have disagreed with him but never once felt threatened or that he was being inappropriate in any way shape or form. And, he's a lot of of the bar patron's favorite, tender. They're all awesome, but we love love love Dillan.

Dillon is a great bartender who is always kind to everyone no matter who they are. It’s unfair that he was fired for drawing a popular meme on the pool board as he always does. His drawings never target anyone but rather make them laugh, as he takes requests and always draws popular memes.

Dillon fought for this brand for years. The company would be more than idiotic to ignore his efforts and burry his work.
