The residents whose names appear below are requesting the immediate rehiring of Doni and Kaylin as bartenders at the summit park clubhouse based on the following grounds:
Both bartenders are extremely active in the summit park community.
Both have open availability and are the main bartenders for summit park.
Both go above and beyond just being a bartender by picking up more shifts or doing other work around the clubhouse, like decorating for events or helping make summit products.
Both are very personable and have made a lot of friends at summit.
Both are vital members of your staff and have the support of everyone on this petition.
We also feel like it is extremely hard to be a bartender in a mugnight environment, especially at big ones like Memorial Day and Halloween. The atmosphere is EXTREMELY overwhelming for even the most experienced bartender. The clubhouse is packed and everyone is in costumes. It is very hard to monitor wristbands.
As previously stated, both are vital members of your staff and have the support of everyone on this petition.

I started this because I missed seeing Doni and Kaylin at the clubhouse, but reading your stories about how much they mean to this community has been completely overwhelming. It is clear that this is about a lot more than just two bartenders. Thank you for showing up for them because you are the ones keeping this momentum going.

Seeing this kind of momentum is completely overwhelming and honestly humbling. None of this would be happening without the connections Doni and Kaylin built with all of you. It is clear that our community sees their value and I am just glad to play a small part in showing that.

Kaylin was the only bartender who remembered how everyone individually liked their drinks. Bring her and Donny back
I will be boycotting the clubhouse until they are rehired. Just shows how out of the loop management is. Donnie was main reason, anyone went to clubhouse when pool closed.
I am so disturbed by you guys decision to let go of the two best bartenders at our residence st Summit Park, they made coming to the club house such a pleasure especially Donnie he was very friendly professional and great to my boys who will miss him as well. Don’t think I will come to the clubhouse no longer without either one of them working there, they knew exactly how to make drinks and made ordering food a easy decision verses the rest who are there, please bring them back the clubhouse will not be the same they made friends turn into family so ever made this decision must not know they had two of the best employees ever! Reunited our Summit Park family!

They've always treated me wonderfully. They know me by name. They make me feel at home and comfortable when I'm there. Whether alone or with friends. That's why I live in Summit. To feel happy, safe, uncomfortable and at home.
Doni and Kaylin deserve a second a chance!!!

It is absurd that two wonderful bartenders are being terminated. They are not being judged on their abilities but because of a "secret shopper"... it is a hard environment with residents bringing in guests and the bartenders having to rely on someone carding at the door. Non members will still try to get in regardless of what bartender you hire. So please bring back these two wonderful bartenders and give them a second chance
