Petition to Reinstate Hardik at 21 Grand Magazine
We, the undersigned residents of 21 Grand Magazine, are asking building management to reinstate Hardik as our concierge.
Hardik has been a kind, friendly, and welcoming presence in our building. Many of us have come to appreciate his warm personality, thoughtful words, and steady help in the course of everyday life here. He has made a real difference in the feel of our building and in the daily experience of the residents who see him regularly.
We understand that building management has a duty to take concerns seriously and to make decisions that support a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We respect that responsibility.
At the same time, we believe Hardik’s overall conduct and the positive contributions he has made to our community deserve fair consideration. For many residents, he has been more than a concierge. He has been a familiar and caring face who improved our experience as residents in this building.
We are therefore respectfully asking management to reconsider the dismissal decision and explore reinstating Hardik at 21 Grand Magazine. We believe a fair and compassionate review of this matter is the right next step.
By signing this petition, we add our voices in support of Hardik’s reinstatement and ask that management listen to the residents who value his presence and service.

I fully support this petition. Hardik has been a genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful presence in our building, and his kindness has made a positive difference to the community. I hope management will take the time to listen to residents’ feedback and fairly reconsider the decision to dismiss him. Please consider reinstating Hardik as our concierge.
Hardik has always been warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. He has always been willing to help and brings such positive energy to our building. I sincerely hope management will reconsider its decision and give Hardik the opportunity to return to our building.
Hardik was a wonderful concierge with beautiful energy. He was always kind, helpful, and ready to lend a hand.

Hardik brought an energy to our building that has been lacking for years. His kindness and friendliness made 21 Grand Magazine a welcoming place. He remembered small details including names, unit numbers, and even personal interests - I doubt his quality of service and skill can be replaced. His absence was greatly noticed within a couple of days and I am shocked. Please bring him back.
Hardik always added a personalized human touch to our building, remembering all the little things and catering to each individual. His level of consistent service and attention to detail made a positive difference in the residents' day to day.
I’m shocked. Whenever we pass by, he is always there to greet us and brings a fresh refreshing energy and human touch where you aren’t just a stranger. We don’t want robots but human beings and this is really disgusting. I didn’t see him for the past two days and was wondering where he is so would have other residents. Bring him back

Having a friendly stable concierge is instrumental to our grand magazine community . We felt Hardik’s dismissal was unfair.. and as residents and quasi employers would like to have an explanation and reassurance that due process was followed and for him to be re instated
