Dillon was one of the coolest bartenders at elevate and without him the vibes are no longer immaculate. His art and humor brought an unmatched and irreplaceable level of joy to elevate that 99% of us were able to laugh at. A crafty email from the 1% should not be enough to remove him from this establishment without warning, perhaps he could be asked to draw on political eggshells to protect our more sensitive comrades without disrupting the cosmic flow and balance this place once had. It really wasn’t that big of a deal. Free D-lon

All the comments are true Tyler hates everyone who doesn’t line up with his political beliefs. He’s a loser for getting someone fired over that, especially when Tyler barely ever goes there. Acting like he spends sooooo much money There, he’s a camper buys one cheap tea then sits there for hours on his laptop (talks down on people for their beliefs and causes issues). I know this because I am a victim of that!! Even when he’s not even invited to conversations …… Amen

This man does not deserve to be fired for this. It’s crazy that the words from some man that barely comes to Elevate can sway the livelihood of Dillon. If anyone should be fired, it should be Flo. after her shift. I feel unhappy because she has the worst attitude you can ever imagine the way she treats people is abhorrent And on the other hand after a shift with Dillon you leave feeling uplifted so quite the stupid move corporate.

I believe this warrants discipline, but firing over a joke in poor taste is extreme. The accuser doesn’t even attend Elevate, and hasn’t in months. In fact, this particular accuser was even responsible for verbally assaulting Dillons girlfriend in public, causing her to cry. Discipline is necessary, but bullying is not, and this accuser is a bully.

Tyler absolutely overstepped by not having a one on one with Dylan and putting him on the spot!
I have heard guess Elevate same more heinous things, than a couple political jokes are cartoons.

i have been coming to elevate for almost a year now and dillon has truly been the best. i’ve been to many kava bars around orlando and dillon is really one that stands out. he’s sweet, respectful, helpful, caring, and generous. he is so friendly and chatty with the people here and always made the atmosphere great. without him, the bar lacks that energy much more. (the other kavatenders are amazing as well, no shade meant). dillon is such a hard worker and i believe he was wrongly fired. he is passionate about the things he believes in but never once did he purposely do something to make someone feel uncomfortable or anything of the sort. if someone disagrees with his beliefs or was made uncomfortable, they shouldn’t have tried to take his job from him, they should have spoken to dillon about it if they felt the need. he should’ve NEVER lost his job simply because someone disagreed with him. bring back dillon!!!!

Dillion Pham is by far the hardest working kavatender at Elevate (maitland). He is beloved by everyone (99%) in the community. I’m very upset to hear my good friends Dillion got fired in an unfair way. He’s shown nothing but kindness to everyone in the community; even to the small percentage of people who dislike him. Dillion is genuinely one of your best employees and someone who is always friendly to even the people that get left out. I’ve never seen a harmful or negative action come from him even in the slightest. I understand not everyone is perfect but no kava tender will ever come close to Dillion and his big heart …
