The developers trying to pave over our farmland are banking on us getting tired and backing down. We need to hit five hundred signatures right now to prove that our neighborhood is not for sale to the highest bidder.

The developers behind this scheme think we will just roll over and let them pave paradise for more unwanted housing. I am digging into their zoning filings now to expose the backroom favors they are asking for from our local officials. Do not let these corporate vultures destroy our land for a quick profit.

The developers trying to pave over our farmland are banking on our silence but we are hitting 100 signatures to show them they are wrong. Send this link to your neighbors right now because we need to hit that mark before we face the zoning board.

What a travesty to take the last bit of farm land in Powell and turn it into poorly built Smithbilt homes stacked on top of each other. This would overcrowd the already crowded schools in the area. Please leave this zoned as agricultural!

That area cannot handle that much traffic and where are the kids going to attend school? Powell Elementary is over full. Contractor should have to build a new school in those plans if the subdivision is approved.

The houses that will be built will not be taken care of. They will have no yards and will go straight up just like the majority of subdivisions in powell. Lots of rental properties and transferring in and out. This will not help the value of homes already established on Copeland

Greenwell Dr, Greenwell Rd, Bishop Rd,Copeland Rd, Tate Trotter and Conner cannot handle the volume of traffic this will create. School systems will suffer. MPC sign is posted on Pedigo side of property only. Get the word out to your neighbors.

We have been a part of the Powell community for almost 20 years, for this to go through in this area would be devastating. There are not enough resources... i.e., schools, roads and so on. We love our community and always accept new members, but 410 homes is way too much.

We live right at bishop and Pedigo. This road nor the surrounding roads can handle this amount of traffic. We do NOT want this subdivision here! It’s bad enough that it already takes 45 mins to get to the interstate from Pedigo and it is just 10 mins down the road!!!

We are already way to over populated!!!!

Schools are already over crowded and roads are congested. It is not worth the inconvenience of the entire community for a developer and a contractor to make a fortune.
