Petition Opposing the Rezoning and Construction of Multi-Dwelling Units by Crescent Communities
To: The City of Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission and the Mansfield City Council
We, the undersigned residents of the Garden Height Community in Mansfield, Texas, hereby petition against the proposed rezoning and development of the open lot located at the corner of Holland Road and National Parkway by Crescent Communities into multi-dwelling townhome units.
Our Concerns:
• Community Impact: We believe this development will negatively affect the character of our neighborhood, lead to overcrowding, increase traffic, and put a strain on local resources.
• Property Values: We are also concerned that this development will negatively impact the value of our homes and the overall appeal of our community.
• Lack of Community Support: The residents of Garden Heights do not support this project and feel it does not align with the existing residential environment, community, or needs of our neighborhood.
We Request:
That the City of Mansfield deny the rezoning application and prevent this development from moving forward in order to preserve the quality of life and the property values in our neighborhood.

NOT in our backyard. leave that green space alone.
Keep Garden Heights the way it is! We moved here for the neighborhood feel, not to live next to a giant complex.
my property taxes are already high enough without having my home value tank because of this junk project. stop it.
The lot is way too small for townhomes anyway. It doesnt fit the area at all.
traffic on holland road is already a nightmare during school hours. adding all these units is just gonna make it impossible to get out of our own driveway.
