We, the undersigned owners of property affected by the requested zoning change described in the above-referenced address do hereby protest against any change which would rezone the property to any classification other than AG. This property directly adjoins residential and agricultural property and we oppose any zoning that will increase the noise and traffic that would detrimentally affect the peaceful enjoyment of our homes. We also feel that any change in zoning of this property would negatively affect the value of our homes, safety of children and aesthetics of the environment and wildlife.

I really thought this might just fizzle out in a quiet corner of town but the way people are showing up to protect our neighborhood is honestly staggering. Seeing all of these familiar names pop up makes me feel like we might actually have a shot at keeping those bulldozers away from our backyards and stopping this nonsense before it starts.

I live in a neighborhood to the north of this area and I oppose rezoning based on the increased noise, traffic, and dust and industrial facility would cause.
A short drive to view the property in question and it will be apparent that this zoning change would be detrimental to current and future residents, businesses and those who regularly commute down West 51st Street.
I have been a resident of this area for 27 years . I strongly oppose the rezoning on W 51st and skyline drive.
I have lived across the street from this rezoning area for 16 years. This should never be industrial area. I am opposed to the rezoning of this property.
I am currently building a new home on West 46th Street on 5 acres and i strongly oppose this rezoning.

I purchased my home in this area because of it's location; away from industrial/commercialization. I would that it remains this way.
