Hi Neighbors! We are new to the neighborhood and have had a lovely experience so far, everyone seems so friendly! We have made several improvements to our new home at 747 N. Silver Leaf, including replacing old and broken windows, fixed the crumbling and unsafe back patio, power washed the exterior of the house and more. Our latest project was to put up a fence and install a screen room on our back patio.

This petition is not to change the rules of the neighborhood, just to allow our fence to stay standing with a coat of stain.
