For the safety and convenience of the young children and pets in our community, we are petitioning the Parc Vista HOA to approve OPTIONAL backyard fences for residents who wish to install them. For aesthetic consistency, all new fences could model the style of existing fences in the neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration.

I have an autistic daughter that will not stay within my property boundry and doest respond well yet to verbal commands. Having a fence will drastically limit the danger of her running into the street while playing in the yard.

I support allowing fences because I believe a properly designed fence can provide important safety benefits without negatively affecting the appearance of the community. In particular, fences can help protect family members, especially young children, by creating a safer and more secure backyard environment. Our backyards are located near a drainage ditch, and I have concerns that children could accidentally wander too close to it or fall in. A fence would provide an additional layer of protect
