We spoke with the HOA about changing the bylaws to allow white fences in addition to our current options. All of the homes in our neighborhood have white trim and many homeowners have mentioned they would like the option to choose a white colored fence in the same style as the current allowable choices. I honestly did not think this would gain so much traction when I first typed it out during a coffee break but seeing the notification pop up just now really hit me. It is wild to realize how many of us have been wanting this white fence change all along even if we never chatted about it at the mailbox. This momentum is actually happening which means I should probably start prepping the folder for the board meeting sooner than I planned.

The “beige” option looks awful up against the “white” house versions. Why was white not the original option?
PLEASE let us have white. it really cleans up the look of the yard and matches the house way better.
The beige looks so dull compared to the trim. Should of been an option from the start.

We will be closing by first week of October and we prefer to have a white color vinyl fence.
