We, the homeowners and/or residents of Centra Falls (hereafter referred to as "the undersigned residents"), located in Pembroke Pines, Florida sign this petition formally requesting for Label & Company (hereafter referred to as "the Builder"), to uniformly fence the entire Centra Falls community.

Currently, the south perimeter of Centra Falls is fenced with a green chain link fence and provides a divide between Centra Falls and the Pines Ice Arena. However, it is the view of the undersigned residents that the green chain link fence cheapens the community's overall look, and neither matches the aesthetics of the community nor provides uniformity within the community. Furthermore, the green chain link fence poses a safety concern, for the undersigned residents, due to people being able to easily jump and cut the fence.

Additionally, some residents have expressed concern about the fencing in place on the east side perimeter of the community. Many residents have seen individuals fishing in the canal and walking dogs outside of the gate. However, the residents of Centra Falls who witnessed this could not confirm or deny whether or not all of the individuals were actual resident of Centra Falls.

As a result, the undersigned residents are requesting for the Builder to:

1. Construct a fence identical to the fence which gates the north and west perimeters of Centra Falls. Moreover, said fence should possibly be 1 to 2 feet taller to accommodate the uneven landscaping along the south perimeter;
2. Be held solely responsible for covering the construction cost of said fence;
3. Construct said fence prior to the HOA turnover; and
4. Replace the gate door on the east perimeter of the Centra Falls with a fence door that is secured by a lock only accessible by the residents of Centra Falls.

Lastly, the undersigned residents are requesting that the Builder respond within 14 business days of receiving this formal request. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
