Petition to Halt the Demolition of the Green Area and Construction of a New Golf Course on Meadows Community Land

As the residents of Meadows Community we would like to express our deep concern regarding the proposed construction of a new golf course on our beloved community area by EMAAR.
As concerned residents and advocates for preserving our community's natural resources and public spaces, we firmly believe that constructing a golf course in this location would be detrimental to the well-being and harmony of our community.
Our community area has always served as a valuable gathering space for residents of all ages. It has provided a haven for recreational activities, family picnics, and a place for children to play and connect with nature. The proposed golf course, however, threatens to diminish the very essence of what makes our community special. Here are the key reasons why this project should be halted:
1. Loss of Community Space: The construction of a golf course would drastically reduce the available green public space for community members to enjoy. It would limit access to an inclusive and open area that has fostered a sense of unity and belonging among residents.
2. Noise and Pollution: Golf courses often generate significant noise pollution, which would disturb the tranquility and peacefulness of our community.
Considering these concerns, we firmly request that EMAAR to reconsider the decision to proceed with the construction of a new golf course on our community area. Instead, we urge you to explore alternative options that align with the collective needs and values of our community.
