Petition to Halt the Demolition of the Green Area and Construction of a New Golf Course on Meadows Community Land

Please give some idea , plans and blueprint of proposed plans and project

Emaar needs to completely relook at this proposed plan

There is so much of noise and dust because of this and children in the house are getting affected by it.

We live in Meadows 3 Villa 23. We had a complete golf facing villa and we are going to be most affected by it. Further, we have young children in the house and are scared of the tee off being so close by and the noise distraction. This sudden plan has definitely caught us by surprise.

Please consider an access path - and some considerate space in front of the residential gardens - at the very least. In doing so you would continue to support residents’ quality of life and enjoyment of the emaar facilities.

We also use this space everyday and it plays a huge party of our well being and happiness in Dubai. Please let us keep access to this space. If the course must go ahead, can you allow stretches of time in the morning & evening when we can walk on the course? Can we become members to allow us to walk on the course? I would pay a reasonable membership fee to do this.

Please halt this construction. This green area is beautiful and a safe space for us. It gives us breathe and vitality. The light and dust pollution in an already dusty environment robs us From the few fresh breathes we can take in our community

We have been requesting for upgrade of Meadows 4 park but no one listens and now embarking on this huge project further upsetting the residents

We understand the land belongs to Emaar, but the community spirit and ownership they have contributed to all these years will be seriously eroded by this step. Cutting into existing space and services to create new developments is unfair to existing residents. It’s like taking away something from an old relation to give to a new one with more money. Please review the decision, or pause it for now to rethink it.

Our kids are very fond of green area in golf course. They are v.sad by this news.

It disturbs Meadows 4 and Meadows 3 where children play

Not fair to the owners/ tenants . Please leave these green areas as promised while selling these properties . Its going to be a hige let down for the gold course facing villas .

Please, stop this. Most of us came to this neighbourhood for this green oasis. And now it’s not going to be available anymore unless for playing golf.
