Hello why?? One the reason we chose AR to live were for beautiful havens like the parks.....my toddler loves running and playing on the grass and is safe. I never have to worry. Please rethink and don't rip the grass out. Or at least reduce your ridiculous community fees to reflect this!!!!!!

please create more green areas dont remove the few we have - our poor children are growing up in a concrete jungle. Grass and trees create shade and help to minimise heat and glare as well as encouraging wildlife and being beautiful to look at and play on

Please make the Arabian Ranches greener, it will benefit all residents and enhance the value of the Ranches. There is too much concrete and fake grass here already. Please plant more trees instead of removing them. Please don't remove the grass. Rubber, slabs, sand and concrete become too hot for everyone.

in the last two years we have seen 3 large Palm trees removed from the pool and not replaced and now the grass area replaced with hideous black rubber slabs!! The irony is they put up signs saying they are enhancing the park. The kids get very little green space here and Emaar have just taken away what little they have.

Why are you taking our grass away. Not only are you taking it away it has just been dug up in every park I have been to and just left. Another pointless waste of residents money.

We live in a place where there is so little grass for our children to play, it's heartbreaking to see the little hey have being removed. This is one of the things that attracted us to Arabian Ranches and as someone who pays their community fees, I am concerned that you are devaluing our beautiful community.

As owners we should have been consulted on what a developer does to the community we are paying HOA fees towards landscaping.

please please put the grass back - the robber surface is too hot for children's feet, delaminates in the heat and smells horrible - bring back our greenery
