Dear Harry's Long Bar Management,
We, the undersigned patrons, have been loyal customers for years, enjoying the bar's ambiance and services. However,
we are deeply concerned about the behavior of one bartender, Renate. Her actions have caused discomfort and offense among customers.

We are troubled by the numerous reports of Renate displaying racist and discriminatory behavior towards customers of various races. We have also witnessed Renate disregarding rules, taking frequent
smoke breaks, and neglecting
customers. This behavior has led to a decline in the bar's welcoming atmosphere and discouraged many from visiting on her working days.

In light of these repeated incidents, which include both her mistreatment of customers and her discriminatory actions, we respectfully request that you take immediate action by replacing Renate with a new bartender who will uphold the bar's values and provide excellent customer service to all patrons, regardless of their race or background, like the rest of the friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we hope to see positive changes soon.
