We have repeatedly complained about his unprofessional conduct and discriminatory treatment, yet our concerns have been consistently ignored. His actions include racist and prejudiced behaviour toward residents based on race and religion, as well as ongoing disrespectful communication that has created a hostile living environment.
We believe this individual is unfit to serve in a position of authority over public housing residents. His continued employment undermines the values of fairness, respect, and accountability that public housing should stand for.
We demand immediate action from Metro Community Housing Association to remove Corey Barton from his role and ensure that residents are treated with dignity and equality moving forward.

Very aggressive and hostile against immigrants in the community have told me to leave the apartment area due to me driving through the parking lot after visiting a friend as I am already a resident a resident of the community.
I have lived in this housing community for over 20 years, and never have I experienced the kind of hardship and discrimination that I have in the past two years under Corey Barton As a family of colour, we have been unfairly targeted and made to feel unwelcome in our own home. His conduct has not only created unnecessary stress, but has also disrupted the sense of safety and community that should exist here. No one should have to endure racism or mistreatment where they live. This is why I fully support this petition for change.
He was rude to answer question about how staff are to treat tenants and the other issues I know of is when people treat older people bad that live in the community he does not care.

He sit with the tenants and talk about other tenants problems.
Always having a hard time with him I seen the cleaner of the building get into a argument and he told the tenant to deal with it they are grown adults there have been emails back and fourth and he was supposed to respond and she never heard back from Him and she contacted a lawyer. Get him out of here
Not a good manager, he is a racist and prejudice. Doesn’t have necessary’ work done to units. Lies to tenants regularly

I’m a family of 5 and this guy is constantly after me. His approach and the way he talks to me makes me feel unwelcomed here. I’ve lived here for such long time never have I had any problems. Up until he showed up to this community. Please remove him
