We, the undersigned residents of Terreno by DiVosta, respectfully petition for the immediate reinstatement of Monica Martinez as Restaurant Manager of Olive & Thyme.

Since assuming her role, Monica has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a genuine commitment to creating a welcoming dining experience for our community. Despite operating with limited resources and less than ideal staffing levels, she has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels valued and well cared for.

Monica leads by example. On any given day, she can be found running food to tables, busing dishes, checking in with diners to make sure they are enjoying their meals, and stepping in wherever she is needed. Her willingness to do whatever it takes—regardless of title or job description—reflects a level of work ethic and humility that is rare and deeply appreciated by the residents of this community.

Beyond her work ethic, Monica brings a warmth and personal touch that sets the tone for the entire dining experience at Olive & Thyme. She knows our names, remembers our preferences, and makes each visit feel personal. Her positive energy is felt not only by guests but by the staff she leads.

Removing Monica from this position would be a disservice to the residents of Terreno and to the standard of hospitality that our community deserves. We urge decision-makers to recognize the value she brings and to reinstate her without delay.

Monica really seemed to care about the restaurant. She was always dressed in theme (which everyone loved) with a smile on her face and happy to greet you.

This situation is extremely upsetting. Monika has always been deeply committed to creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone. She consistently went out of her way to ensure that each person felt valued and satisfied, and if anyone was not having an enjoyable experience, she took it upon herself to make it right. Given her dedication and the impact she has had, I strongly believe she should be reinstated immediately. There should also be a clear path for recourse to address what has occurred.

Meeting also requested with Pulte and Hampton to understand why this was done. They were already short staffed and to do this ( right before was weekend nonetheless) seems so wrong.

If the only reason she was let go was over the tea machine and flooding, then signed.

In addition to the aforementioned, Monika also brought passion and creativity to the restaurant, always making sure there were decorations for every holiday, fun drink specials and themes. She was always willing to work with the residents for planning birthday meals and other special events, like the numerous holiday parties that she coordinated with the chef to include special menu’s.

Monica was an amazing manager who was so micromanaged and struggled with getting qualified applicants, but SHE made the O&T perfect for our community.

Monica was a most attentive manager who made our visits so enjoyable. We certainly support her reinstatement.

I would like to express my strong support for Monica. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine dedication to out community. Her hard work and positive presence did not go unnoticed, and her sudden dismissal has been deeply upsetting to many of us. I respectfully request that the HOA reconsider this decision and reinstate her.
