Petition for a Stop Sign at Brentwood Drive and Willowhurst Drive, Penfield, NY.
We, the undersigned residents of Penfield Gardens, respectfully request that the Town of Penfield, install a stop sign at the intersection of Brentwood Drive and Willowhurst Drive.
This intersection poses a significant safety concern due to:
High traffic volume
Speeding vehicles
Poor visibility
Children frequently crossing / school nearby
Previous fatal accidents and near-miss incidents
We believe a stop sign will improve safety for drivers, pedestrians, and residents of our neighborhood.

I’m amazed at the speed in this neighborhood. Stop signs will slow the reckless drivers down.
This intersection is very dangerous in our neighborhood. The people who live at the corners bushes are so overgrown that when you stop at the stop sign that is already there. You do not have Clarence and many times there have almost been accidents.
160 Brentwood. This seems to address a safety issue of people driving recklessly. Please approve!
This is a difficult intersection. With the growing bushes and trees, visibility is very limited. A stop sign would help immensely.
Cars go way too fast down Brentwood road. willowhurst has a stop sign and folks who are stopping there may not realize that Brentwood has the right of way (no stop sign).

This should be a 4 way stop w the amount of young kids who have moved into the neighborhood it’s a safety issue
