This is to express our concerns about the proposed Sunset Amphitheater on Frisco Road, and we are collecting signatures to oppose it.
- The amphitheater will increase traffic, making it less safe for pedestrians and cyclists. Additionally, the noise from events could disrupt the peaceful atmosphere we value.
- It's better to focus on projects that meet our community’s immediate needs, like libraries or recreational facilities, to increase our sense of togetherness.

I’m a Yukon resident, and I want our neighborhood to stay safe for our children. I’m against this amphitheater idea because I don’t want the traffics to get worse, I don’t want loud noises, I don’t want smell disgusting marijuana scents, and I don’t want to see more DUI cases in Yukon.
This is gonna bring in more drunk drivers into Frisco ridge that has a bunch of little kids playing. This will bring more traffic into frisco ridge making it harder to leave the neighborhood.
Someone should actually go visit the Colorado Springs venue and measure the sound levels and visit with people in the nearby neighborhoods to see how they feel about having an amphitheater in their community. I sure wouldn’t take the word of someone who is being paid by the company who is promoting this project.
I live less than a mile from the proposed site of this. I am worried about the noise pollution and the unwanted extra traffic we would have coming through the neighborhood. Yukon is a great family community, an entertainment party district is not the reason people move to Yukon.
I moved here from Colorado to get away from the city life. Yukon, especially Frisco Ridge, bring the calm quiet family life we wanted. Bringing this amphitheater here will negate every reason for living in this neighborhood

Noise, traffic problems, and more crime is all we'll see out of this. How about building a place for the local kids to go exercise, play, and just have some fun without having to buy a ticket.
